Shipping

Orders received before 12pm MST will be processed on the same day, orders received after that time will be processed on the following business day.  Orders are not processed over the weekend.

Shipping time is dependent upon the method you choose upon check out, between 2 & 4 business days within Canada.

You will receive a tracking number for your order when it is ready to ship.

SUMMER SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Master Chocolat does everything within our control to ensure the integrity of our product. We are not responsible for damage that occurs in transport once the shipment has left our facility. 

Summer shipping is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is dependent on the weather forecast, estimated time in transit, and cost to ship on the quickest possible service.

You may be contacted by Master Chocolat if the amount paid upon ordering is vastly different to the actual ship rates being populated.

We primarily ship via Express from May-mid August (Ground is available dependant upon weather conditions and Ship To Location)
